5 Day Workshop 

Traditionally drywall approach involves cutting, fitting, and attaching individual sections of drywall and often requires additional trim and finishing. With PanelMax® drywall becomes an art from. Details and design, such as stepped soffits, previously done using more expensive materials and, labor can now be done using drywall. PanelMax® saves you time and material costs and allows you to do more.


This 5-day course will describe the key components of a PanelMax® drywall milling machine, list its important uses and the safety precautions that one must take when using the PanelMax®. It will also describe how to properly maintain, operate and adjust the machine. Through hands on application, the student will demonstrate the ability to safely make cuts and mills, and demonstrate how to properly glue milled drywall components.
