TRAIN Training

The TRAIN system allows training funds to manage their apprenticeship programs and journeyman upgrade training. The system provides data entry and reporting on all member-related training activities. 


REGISTER FOR CLASS:At Least 45 Days in Advance

Please use the General Information Gathering form found in the Documents section below to request for an attendee profile to be created for your non-member training staff who will be attending this course.


Prerequisite: Must not have attended a TRAIN Training workshop in the last 24 months.

This 2-day session is for attendees who have working knowledge of the organization and require an overview of TRAIN functionality. Classes start at 8:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) each day and will end by 4 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time).

All sessions are limited in size and available on a first-come-first-served basis. Sessions with insufficient registration will be canceled. If the session is not held, you be notified via e-mail.

 Attendees must wear appropriate work clothes inside the UBC International Training Center: long pants (no shorts), shirts with sleeves, leather shoes (no tennis shoes or sandals) or leather work boots (boots required for all workshops with hands-on training), no torn or wore-out clothing and no clothing with objectionable sayings.
