NABCEP PV Associate Exam Prep

Classes that do not meet the Minimum Attendance Requirements 45 days in advance will be cancelled.

PREREQUISITES: Solar Installer Qualification TTT or Solar Installer Qualification TTT Refresher

The CITF Photovoltaics Associate course covers photovoltaic (PV) systems design and installation fundamentals.

The course aims to prepare UBC members for taking the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) PV Associate Exam.

The course curriculum complies with NABCEP’s Job Task Analysis for the Associate exam.

Major topics covered include:

•           Application

•           Sales and Economics

•           Design

•           Installation

•           Operation and Maintenance

This course meets the education requirement to sit for NABCEP’s PV Associate Exam.
