This offering held by CITF in conjunction with the UBC Accounting Department is a class providing insight into on local training fund financial operations and fiduciary responsibilities. This class includes discussions and exercises on a) the role of the accounting & bookkeeping staff and b) accounting terminology, reports & documentation. This class is encouraged for all staff, regardless of tenure, who deal with the day-to-day financial operations of the local training fund.
