OSHA 501 General Industry

REGISTER FOR CLASS:At Least 45 Days in Advance


Classes that do not meet the Minimum Attendance Requirements 45 days in advance will be cancelled.

The minimum participants for this course is: 6

PREREQUISITES: 

  • OSHA 511 or OSHA 501/503 not expired more than 10 years. 

      Effective April 1, 2018: Must have OSHA 511 (not older than 7 years), or OSHA 501/503 (current or expired not more than 90 days)

AND

  • Must complete and submit an OSHA 500-501 Prerequisite Verification Form no later than 45 days prior to attending, 
AND

  • NEW! Must submit a copy of a federal photo identification card (i.e. Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC), military ID, passport, etc.) or government-issued identification card (state driver's license, state-issued identification card, etc.) no later than 45 days prior to attending.


This 4-day OSHA Training Institute Outreach Training Program Course will allow the Instructors (Participants) to conduct OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 Hour General Industry Safety & Health Outreach Training Program Courses.

  • Highlighters (at least 2 colors)
  • Self-stick tabs 
  • Pen
  • Flash Drive (Optional) 

No other special tools required.
