OSHA 502 Construction

REGISTER FOR CLASS:At Least 45 Days in Advance


Classes that do not meet the Minimum Attendance Requirements 45 days in advance will be cancelled.


The minimum participants for this course is: 6

*PLEASE NOTE: THESE CLASSES ARE CURRENTLY VIRTUAL SESSIONS. IF YOU REGISTER FOR A SESSION,     PLEASE DECLINE ROOM AND AIRFARE. 

PREREQUISITES: 

  • Virtual Training Orientation Train the Trainer
  • OSHA 500 or 502 (current)
  • Note: Effective January 1, 2019: "90 day grace period" will be eliminated
AND 
  • Complete and submit OSHA Prerequisite Verification Form no later than 45 days prior to attending and attach a copy of most recent OSHA 500/502 (“OSHA Authorized Construction Trainer”) card.
AND
  • NEW! Must submit a copy of a federal photo identification card (i.e. Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC), military ID, passport, etc.) or government-issued identification card (state driver's license, state-issued identification card, etc.) no later than 45 days prior to attending.


This 3 day OSHA Training Institute Outreach Training Program Course will allow instructors to continue to conduct OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety & Health Outreach Training Program Courses. It provides an update on such topics as OSHA Construction Compliance, Standards, Policies and Regulations. Construction Safety & Health Outreach Training Program Instructors are required to attend an OSHA 502 Course once every four (4) years to maintain their instructor status. 

Effective October 2003, this OSHA 502 course includes the requirements for instructors to conduct the Millwright 16 Hour Safety Course.

  • Highlighters (at least 2 colors)
  • self-stick tabs

  • Flash Drive (Optional) 

No other special tools required.
