PREREQUISITES: Current Commercial Steel Framing TTT or Residential Steel Stud Framing TTT
This
5-day workshop covers the knowledge and skills needed to work on panelized
construction project. It explains the planning, prefabrication, and
installation processes. Shop projects are separate lessons devoted to the
applicable details of wall, floor, and roof panel systems. The tools and equipment needed to create and
install panelized systems efficiently will be demonstrated. The safety lessons are devoted to the safety
considerations that are critical to any type of construction work, but that are
especially important when using powerful machinery to move prefabricated
panels.
