This one-day training is designed for instructors new to delivering sessions within the Member Learning Management System (LMS). Participants will learn how to effectively prepare, deliver, and follow up on class sessions using LMS tools and best practices.
Wednesday: Leveraging Technology in Construction
Construction Technology is revolutionizing the industry, but successful implementation depends on creating workflows that produce real results. This course provides an overview of tools being used in the field today and takes a candid look at the realities of adoption. Learn how effective workflows can reduce rework and jobsite waste, while improving the safety, productivity, and value of our membership.
Thursday: Human Performance
The goal of Human Performance training is to build the skills to use HP practices and tools to safely navigate through an error-likely situation, without causing harm to yourself, others, and the equipment that you are working on. Using Human Performance practices and techniques maintenance work can be managed more effectively and errors don't have to lead to losses in safety, quality, and productivity.
