MondayGeneral Session and Reception


Tuesday: Mental Health First Aid

Description: Mental Health First Aid is a training program designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills to provide initial support to someone experiencing a mental health crisis or developing a mental health problem. Just as CPR helps individuals assist someone having a heart attack, Mental Health First Aid teaches participants how to recognize signs of mental health issues, offer appropriate support, and guide individuals to professional help when needed. It aims to reduce stigma and promote early intervention for better mental health outcomes.

Wednesday: Coaching Conversations

Description: Coaching Conversations training focuses on honing the skills necessary to engage in effective coaching interactions. Participants learn how to ask powerful questions, actively listen, provide constructive feedback, and empower individuals to reach their goals. This training emphasizes building trust, fostering growth, and facilitating meaningful dialogue to support personal and professional development.

Thursday: De-Escalation Training

Description: De-escalation training teaches techniques to peacefully and effectively defuse tense situations, reducing the risk of violence or harm. Participants learn communication skills, active listening, and non-threatening body language to calm individuals in crisis and guide them toward resolution.

Friday: General Session and Training Fund Breakouts
