Gas Turbine Qualification

Attention:

It is highly recommended that participants take the Steam Turbine Qualification workshop the week after the Gas Turbine Qualification workshop.

The minimum participants for this course is: 8

This is a five-day (Mon-Fri) Gas Turbine Qualification program for Members. Prior to attending this workshop, Members must complete the following prerequisite courses: 

1. Gas Turbine Familiarization
   
2. Hytorc Bolting Technician Qualification
   
3. UBC Rigging Qualification
   
4. Millwright 16-Hour Safety Course 
   

Class start/end times for the 5-day class are: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm 

Please bring scientific calculator. Hardhats, safety glasses, hearing protection, and tools will be provided.
